Maintenance and Support
The Traction Group client support team is critical to our business. Many clients have a need for ongoing maintenance to ensure safety and continuous operations, along with an available response in both management and electrical / mechanical aspects when issues arise.
Along with the continued support provided to clients, Traction Group’s technical team offer advice to potential customers to help resolve a range of issues from cost savings to fault diagnosis.
With the aid of CMMS software we can schedule all required maintenance and track equipment over their life cycle.
Our team operates a 24/7 call out system, allowing clients to contact us at any point an issue arises. If available we will dispatch a Traction Group engineer to site immediately if requested, or the following working day if preferred. We have trusted suppliers to call upon in the event the immediate support requires specific additional labour resources to attend.

Equipment
We provide installation, commissioning, training and ongoing support followed by planned and preventative maintenance for a wide range of shunting and heavy lifting equipment.
Infrastructure
Traction Group has many years of experience with the maintenance and support of remote infrastructure supply cabinets including the necessary traffic management requirements to carry out all maintenance requirements.
Electrical Testing
Ensuring all of your electrical equipment is current and fit for purpose we correct and repair equipment and keep a record of due date complying to current regulations and standards.
Support
Onsite or remote, we offer our clients support diagnosing faults with the aid of sets of operation, maintenance and spare parts manuals, technical literature and Safety Data Sheets.
